CUSTOM DESIGNED JEWELLERY

At Ladasha, we offer a jewellery custom design service that allows you to sit with an experienced designer
to discuss your unique preferences and ideas.
Personalised service is our hallmark, and clients’ satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we have a
rigorous approval and revision process in place to ensure everything is just right.
Let’s walk through this service step by step.

STEP 1
First consultation and quote. free of charge
You may have a specific design in mind, and that’s great, you are welcome to bring
reference images. If not, we sit down together to brainstorm & sketch ideas.
We will discuss your budget and timeline for the project and you will be
provided with a quote that is based on the materials involved and the complexity of the design.
*For a better understanding of our pricing, check out our page of example designs…here
STEP 2
If you’re happy with our services so far and feel
comfortable choosing us as your Jewellers, we will
require a 40% deposit to get started on your project.
STEP 3
Transforming design ideas into reality starts with visualising them in 3D on the
computer. Our talented designer, Janita will create the design in CAD and we go
back and forth with iterations until the design is finalised, allowing you to have as
much creative input to the design process as you desire.
You can view the design through pictures sent via SMS or email, or you can visit
our shop to see it in 3D on the computer. There is no limit to the amount of
tweaking the design at this stage.
STEP 4
If you are still unsure about some aspect of the design there is an option to get a
prototype in plastic to try on. This gives you an excellent real-world feeling for the
size and feel of the piece.
*an extra fee of $120 may apply
STEP 5
After the final approval of the design, our skilled
Jewellers will produce the piece in gold, silver or
platinum. Our manufacturing process involves 3D
printing and casting, ensuring that the formation of
the piece corresponds exactly to the design you have
approved.
STEP 6
There is another opportunity for you to see the
piece in metal before the stones are set. This is the
best time to finalise the finger size or refine details
where metal can be subtracted (not added).

In summary, by the time your piece is ready for pickup, you will be delighted with the result because you
have been involved in the design and review process every step of the way. At Ladasha, we know that truly
unique and successful jewellery comes from collaboration with our clients. Our goal is to not only provide
you with a beautiful design but also a positive experience.
